Destiny Runs 5K Run/Walk and 1K Kids Obstacle Course

The Destiny Runs 5K Run/Walk is an annual event hosted to raise awareness of the benefits of our program. Proceeds earned from the event are used to provide families of autistic children with effective, personal, and affordable therapy. Most health insurance providers do not assist these families by providing autistic therapy benefits, and many families cannot afford therapy for children who may have the greatest need.

The 5K Run/Walk is a timed / chipped event, open to runners and walkers of all abilities. There will be a staggered start for the dog walking class.

*Cash prizes to the 1st – 3rd place 5K winners in each of Men’s and Women’s classes.

*Awards for the top 3 best dressed dogs.

Because everyone had such a blast last year, we are going to continue the tradition and set up our Kids 1K obstacle course! Children of all ages and abilities can participate, so come out and cheer the kids as the make their way through the course and cross the finish line!!
